Ben Flowers focuses on appellate litigation and complex trial level motions. He has represented clients in numerous courts — including federal appellate courts and the Supreme Court of the United States. Ben has litigated a wide array of issues, including constitutional questions, jurisdictional disputes, and issues relating to product liability law, patent law, bankruptcy law, and more. He is experienced in both written and oral advocacy. In addition to briefing cases in courts across the country, Ben has argued appeals in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Ninth Circuits.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2015, Ben served as a law clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia of the Supreme Court of the United States and to Judge Sandra Ikuta of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Ben is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
