Daniel Flores is the Chief Counsel for the Subcommittee on Regulatory Reform, Commercial and Antitrust Law for the Committee on the Judiciary in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Previously, he served as Chief Counsel to the Subcommittee on Courts, Commercial, and Administrative Law in the House of Representatives, Chief Minority Counsel for the Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law in the House Judiciary Committee, Acting Associate Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. E.P.A., and a Senior Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division.
