Elizabeth L. Branch is a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She joined the court in 2018 after a nomination from President Donald Trump. She was confirmed to the seat by the United States Senate on a recorded vote of 73 - 23 on February 27, 2018. She was nominated to the seat on September 7, 2017.

At the time of her federal nomination, she was a judge on the Georgia Court of Appeals. She was appointed to the court in July 2012 by Governor Nathan Deal and assumed office on September 4, 2012. Branch won election to the court in 2014. Her term would have expired on December 31, 2020.
