Justin Torres is a member of King & Spalding’s Appellate, Constitutional and Administrative Law practice. His practice focuses on appellate and administrative and on preparing dispositive motions in complex trial matters. Justin has represented parties and amici in high-stakes civil and criminal matters in the U.S. Supreme Court, federal courts of appeal, and state supreme courts. Justin has especially deep expertise in cases involving challenges to federal agency action on constitutional grounds and under the Administrative Procedure Act. Has has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in Washington, D.C.

Justin earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law & Politics. After law school, he clerked for Judge Edith Brown Clement of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Kurt D. Engelhardt of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Justin is a member of the National Alumni Board of the University of Dallas and serves on the board of The Legacy Mission, a non-profit that assists the critically ill in producing high-quality video memoirs.
