Lee Rudofsky

Hon. Lee Rudofsky

Lee Rudofsky is the former Solicitor General of Arkansas.  He currently works as a Senior Director of Walmart’s Global Anti-Corruption Compliance program. Prior to those roles, he served as Assistant General Counsel for Corporate and Government Affairs at Walmart. Mr. Rudofsky has also served in legal positions on several prominent political campaigns, including as Deputy General Counsel to Mitt Romney's 2012 Presidential campaign.

Mr. Rudofsky received his JD from Harvard Law School and his MPA and BS from Cornell University. After clerking for Justice Robert Cordy of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Judge Andrew Kleinfeld of the Ninth Circuit, Mr. Rudofsky started his legal career in Kirkland & Ellis's Litigation & Appeals group in Washington, DC. In private practice, Lee's focus was on constitutional, administrative, and environmental law.
