Richard Sullivan is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He joined the court in 2007 after being nominated by President George W. Bush. Prior to his appointment to the federal bench, Sullivan was general counsel for Marsh Inc. from 2006 to 2007.
