Robert Leider focuses his practice on appellate litigation. He has briefed cases before the Second, Third, Fifth, Ninth, and Federal Circuits. He also drafts dispositive motions in district court and advises clients on complex constitutional and administrative law issues.
Mr. Leider graduated from Yale Law School in 2012, where he was the Articles Editor of the Yale Law Journal. Following law school, he clerked for Judge Diane S. Sykes of the Seventh Circuit and for US Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Mr. Leider also was an Olin-Searle-Smith Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has been published in the Indiana Law Journal, Quinnipiac Law Review, and Wall Street Journal. Mr. Leider also teaches the Appellate Practice Seminar at Georgetown University Law Center with Lisa Blatt.
